# Founding Operator Program

## What this is

A closed cohort of 5–8 document-heavy operators who get Mandamus.pro deployed on their actual matter - done-for-you - in exchange for structured participation in documenting the transformation.

This is not a beta. There is no waitlist. There is no subscription.

It is a fixed-scope buildout designed to produce the next round of proof artifacts while delivering a real operational system to each participant.

## Who this is for

You qualify if you have:

- An active or recently closed matter with 50+ documents
- Records arriving from multiple sources in inconsistent formats
- A timeline that currently lives in your head, not a document
- Conflicting records you know exist but can't easily surface
- A need for attorney-ready outputs under time pressure

Matter types that produce the strongest signal:

- Unlawful detainer defense
- FHA / FEHA housing discrimination
- Source-of-income discrimination
- Administrative benefit disputes (APLA, HOPWA, Section 8, HUD)
- Disability accommodation records
- Any matter where the opposing party's own documents may contradict each other

## What you give

This is the price of admission. Non-negotiable.

- Permission to create a **sanitized case study** from your matter - all identifying information removed before any publication
- Participation in a structured **transformation narrative** - you describe the before state, we document the after
- 3–5 real query examples from your deployed system, sanitized
- One recorded or written reflection on how the system changed your matter workflow

You own your system. We retain the right to publish the sanitized transformation as proof of deployment - with your review before publication.

- A tool you manage yourself - we build it, hand it to you, and train you to operate it

## How to apply

Include:

1. Matter type (UD, FHA, benefits dispute, etc.)
2. Approximate document count and format mix
3. The single most urgent problem in your current document situation
4. Timeline constraints or upcoming deadlines
5. Whether you have attorney involvement or are self-represented

We respond within 48 hours.

**Cohort size: 5–8 operators. Applications reviewed in order received.**

## Pricing

Founding Operator engagements are priced below standard rates in exchange for the structured participation described above.

| 150–300 documents | $5,000+ | $2,500 |

All pricing confirmed in writing after scoping. No payment before scope is agreed.

Rush timelines, complex multi-source intake, or matters with non-standard output requirements may require adjustment.

## What happens after the cohort closes

Standard deployment pricing applies to all subsequent engagements. The founding rate is a one-time exchange.

Case studies produced through this cohort become the proof layer for the public version of Mandamus.pro.
